I signed on the phone the experience was amazing. So then i went in the store front to retrieve my storage lease. I'm not sure the young ladies name but she was amazing.. I had a small hick up with another front desk personnel but that's neither here nor there... Just waiting for the key pad on the gate... 5 star for customer service once the upgrade take place i will then Give 5 stars

Friendly and very helpful...I didn't catch his name but just check the date I got my unit. The facility is also very spacious and clean

I have had a storage unit at this facility for the past 6 years, now that's store space at taking ownership I have seen a great deal of changes the biggest change is the cleanliness of the facility the security of the facility and also the management of the facility. The property manager at this property is great I had issues with financial difficulties they work with me give me a break I now have three units here that's how confident I am. I would recommend this facility to anyone but before renting you should. Speak to the manager 1st he can and will set you up with what uou need at the right price. Any one that would do for me what he done is a very valuable asset and she be rewarded for that. Prior to the turn around I was looking for another place but with the assistance and personal attention I was given I am more than pleased. Before renting at Store Space I had a storage unit at Public Storage. After a walk through of Store Space facility by the property manager Elijah, I moved all my belongings to Store Space. Excellent prompt service, clean facility. The manager Elijah went above and beyond to make my move less stressful. Thanks Store Space Khigh Brown

Elijah, who i believe was the onsite manager was very helpful and his disposition was a delight. He was very professional when it came to upgrading my space and just an overall great experience. I spoke with the manager Michael about a unique situation. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me and my friend. His compassion, kindness and understandings I not go unnoticed. He is an excellent man and employee and would be an amazing employee anywhere he goes and it’s a great addition to any company. I cannot even express how thankful I am to him.

I have been extremely impressed with the service and facility at Store Space so far. The staff have been courteous and helpful whenever I'm there, and I feel safe storing my belongings there. Major credit to Michael for going above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable moving our stuff in.

From my very fist telephone call, in response to an on-line advetisement, I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of this staff. My first conversation with, "Joe" was extremely helpful, however my cell phone dropped the call just before giving my email to confirm the reservation. Efforts to call him back were futile, and I believe interfered with his return calls to me. Nonetheless, your company reached out to me again and with the help of, "Derrick" I was able to reserve the exact space discussed with, "Joe". No bait and switch, no gimmicks. Thorough follow up calls were made and my calls were received ptomptly. Upon my first visit to the facility I worked with, "Michael". Michael was not only professional but pleasant. Placing one's belongings in storage is often a cue for some displacement in one's current journey. Anxiety, pain and even tears may accompany such storage. Michael's light hearted personality and kindness turned a painful task into a rather pleasant, enjoyable experience. I returned two more times to the facility with Michael there, like an angel, greeting me with a smile, letting me know, 'I can do this' and 'Everything's going to Be - alright'.

Michael, the site manager, was super helpful! The space fit everything we needed. I was confused about what a first floor rental meant. The first floor at this facility is actually the basement which made it a bit harder to move everything in, but there were lots of dollys and a huge elevator and everything worked out well!

Reggie and Michael are super helpful and were very patient with us. The facility is clean and feels safe.

Customer service and space is great. Entrance to facility lock is broken, anyone can walk in at anytime. This is a safety concern. Please work on getting this fix to ensure your clients are safe when entering your facility. Thank you so much.

Very professional and great costumer attention

Ive been renting a storage unit with them for almost a year and i havent had a problem with anything. Its convenient to store your belongings with either the two loading docks or the ramp. I like it so much there i just rented my second unit.

I’ve been renting a unit with Store Space for a while now. I wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. It's clean the people are so nice and helpful. I know my stuff is safe and secure here. I just got my second unit rented! If your looking for a place to safely store your stuff you should definitely go to Store Space!

I visited the space on Saturday, April 16th and was impress how clean the space was. The staff that works there are Saturday were very nice and answered all my questions. Thank you Gabe and Liz, I appreciated your knowledge and your friendliness to a new customer.

The lady that was working there on Saturday may 7 was very helpfull, friendly and knowledgeable. It was great working with her.

I've been a customer for over 5 years and I will say that having a team member greet their customers was new for me. The new office space is much more inviting as well as the young lady (Liz) behind the desk. She was friendly, conversational, patient and knowledgeable of her job. Looking forward to seeing her again!

The Manager was Very Courteous & Helpful!

Store Space staff is exceptional!! You can call and speak with someone who will go above and beyond! I had the pleasure of speaking with Brad, Omar and Liza. Definitely put the customers needs first. Polite and knowledgeable. Whenever I had an issue; my door wouldn't come down, my pin wouldn't work, one phone call and staff was on top of it in minutes. The units are clean, climate controlled, inside, security cameras, from small to large sizes (on website) and easy access. I have been with store space for 3 years and would recommend them to family and friends.

As soon as I walked in I heard a customer showing that she received multiple payment requests as well as multiple withdraws. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. (A red flag for Me)I m in the basement the floors were wet which is a concern.

This facility was not accessible (office was locked) the day my rental was reserved for so I lost an entire day of rental service. The next day, once I finally was able to get into the unit, the elevator was malfunctioning. One of the people helping me move had to go up to the top floor on the steps and go get on the elevator and manually close the door and send it downstairs to the main lobby, and then for the duration of our time in the facility we had to have one person on the elevator at all times to make sure the doors were closing correctly when needed. The second day I arrived at the unit I did not have as much help and I am 9 months pregnant. I called the main office and asked if there was somebody who could walk up the stairs and send the elevator down as I had done the day before and I was told "the elevator does not work, and there is no other way for you to get the things downstairs... I don't know what to tell you" very rudely by the main office attendant. I was not able to take the items back to my previous location and was stuck walking up the steps to the upper level to send the elevator downstairs by myself... which is all I asked for the attendant in the office to do. I did not appreciate the lack of empathy or help while I'm 9 months pregnant and a PAYING CUSTOMER. Unfortunately as I am pregnant I can't move my items out right away and store them elsewhere, but I would absolutely not recommend this storage facitil to anyone. There is only one entrance and exit and one elevator. This is very inconvenient.

Liz was very helpful and super spectacular. Best storage facility in the area and rates Liz expained everything to me and made sure I was satisfied with my unit. She was very helpful and even made sure she has the place smelling amazing thank you liz !!!!!!

Jay & Liz are so kind! Highly recommend storing here for easy access to your space with the loading dock that you can literally back right up to! We got the main floor storage, and it was literally so easy to do everything. It may be in a somewhat precarious area of the city, but the space is locked when Jay and/or Liz leaves for the day & it is gated up, so I'm not concerned for my safety or the security of my belongings at the unit! I'll be renting here for a couple months and I'm super happy with my experience so far!
