Michelle, the receptionist was friendly, professional and explained everything well. There were no hidden fees or added cost and my storage unit was exactly as described, so I'm very satisfied with the way things turned out...oh and the price is the best I found in town.

Upon my arrival from GA, the manager met me at the door with a very friendly welcoming smile. We took care of business, then he showed me to my unit which was nice and clean. His professionalism was very pleasant, and sincere. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family who might need a storage unit one day.

I reserved my space online and when I arrived to place items inside the unit I was pleased. I was directed to the exact location and everything worked out fine

This storage facility is fairly new which is why I chose to store my vehicle there. The problem is the few parking spaces they have for vehicles are all the way in the back and with very little space to actually park a large vehicle. The parking spaces are not marked so I really didn’t know where to park my vehicle and there was no one there to help me of course. Also the front has iron gates but the back has a chain link fence which I don’t believe is safe as it can be easily cut through. The one time I went to the facility they were not open even though it was during “business hours”. Every time I called there was no one there to answer. It just seems unprofessional. The price was reasonable but the service is trash. I wouldn’t recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Mrs. Becci was great and was able to help me get into a unit in less than 30 minutes. She speaks well and is very knowledgeable of the job. 100 % for Becci.

I had a great experience with Store Space! From Travis, our first contact of choosing the unit to the fantastic service we received from the manager, Becci , I couldn’t be happier!

I never moved in this storage space facility thank God im glad I didn't. I have had bad experience getting my money returned from the manager avoiding my calls sending my number to voice mail this is unacceptable for a Business the Manager Promised all my Refund and they sent half of my refund than i reached out to Manager about the Remainder of my refund that she promised would be refunded and never returned my call have been avoiding my calls i just want all my money returned to my card that was promised manager shouldn't be allowed to avoid customers if you're being professional i have never seen Business run like this very unprofessional i will never recommend this business after going through what I have been through just to get my money refunded back to my card is incredibly stressful.

Never Moved in this Storage Facility and it is very unprofessional how they treat Customers . I couldn't move at the time so i requested refund and it has been Hell trying to get my money refunded from this facility from the Manager texting me Stating all my money would be refunded to the Manager avoiding all my calls after refunding half my money than Stating they would refund the rest of my money in separate transactions Never received it and now im being Avoided by the Manager this is so Unprofessional. All I want is the rest of my money that is owed to me keep in mind I never Moved in this Facility. I have Spoken to 2 different Managers now my calls are not being answered I know they have Caller ID I have callef Customer Service and they Stating they are in Meetings Wow this is Unheard of. STORE SPACE UNPROFESSIONAL.
